- She has a comprehensive knowledge of the Healthcare environment and has worked for over 20 years in the highly competitive, commercial environment of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Her experience includes delivering Govt training for Business link and working as a Mentor for Nottingham Business Venture.

- Miranda is a post graduate trained business and personal coach. She works with the individuals and groups to improve work performance and coaches on all aspects leadership and management development.
- For 20 years, Miranda worked in recruitment, initially for one of the leading agencies and then established her own successful headhunting firm specialising in finding and retaining senior Lawyers for positions in practice and companies. She also spent some years in the City, recruiting equities and Mergers and Acquisitions teams for investment bank clients.
- A Law graduate and BPS qualified, Miranda uses MBTI, Hogan, 15FQ+ and many other psychometrics. She is skilled in all aspects of selection, recruitment, retention and development.
- She lives in Leicestershire and has 2 teenage children.

Janet Lewis - Janet has over 30 years experience in the care sector and now works within the private sector. This includes nursing and residential homes, domiciliary care services and many other areas which are too numerous to mention.
- An approved Edexcel centre and offering NVQ training from level 2 to level 5, she also offers a generic management course.
- The delivery of these short courses is targeted at Carers and Seniors working within these settings and includes: Dementia Awareness, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, Nutrition and Wellbeing, Infection Control, Pressur Area Care, Medication Awareness and End of Life Care.
